Certified persons comply with the Code of Conduct established for all persons certified by GLOBAL, as indicated in the Certification Program. GLOBAL operates actively in the identification of deviations and encourages Interested Parties to express themselves about any relevant point, the communication being kept as confidential, if required.

The President of GLOBAL is responsible for evaluating nonconformances related to the Code of Conduct signed by the certified person

After obtaining the certification, the certified person is evaluated periodically for maintenance of certification, usually on a yearly basis, and passes through the recertification process, accordingly with the frequency establish in the Certification Program.
